He has strong tax experience including corporation taxes, VAT and property taxes to help ensure that the most appropriate business structures are adopted. Rohan is a chartered management accountant (ACMA, CGMA) and advises start-up businesses who want to list via an IPO or RTO on the FTSE AIM market with capital and fund-raising activities for founders and shareholders.
Rohan provides corporate finance advice and assistance to SMEs by providing company valuation support and financial due diligence for transactions. He further advises on international transfer pricing and other corporate tax mitigation risk strategies for small groups of companies with an international business footprint. He has worked in listed companies on London, Jersey and Nasdaq stock exchanges.
His key focus areas include technology, digital publishing and ESG – environment, social and governance businesses
